Arthur
Co-founder of Argen in 1982; became sole owner in 2012. We began & remain as a company dedicated to utility conservation & cost management. Argen has a foundation of compassion & service for clients & employees. We are proud to have a team that delivers results. Learning & growing are lifelong endeavors that allow us to improve as a company & as individuals.
Volunteerism & giving back is a vital part of being; I serve on industry boards & government affairs & technology committees. I’m a lifelong athlete with a passion for mountain biking & whitewater trips. Outdoors is my favorite place to be!
Hobbies: Orchard farming, the arts & music.

I have been with the company since 1998. I am responsible for the management of the sub-metering operations as well as client services.
There are many things that I enjoy about working at Argen, one being the opportunity for professional growth to gain new skills & experience. My favorite being the culture. We have a wonderful team that works well together, encourages each other, & is always willing to brainstorm new ideas to help Argen grow.
Hobbies: I enjoy gardening, traveling to new places, & exploring new activities with my family & friends.

I joined Argen in 2001 & manage the Accounting & Finance functions of the company. I have had the pleasure of working with the owners & our colleagues and one thing that has always struck me is our consistent client focused culture. This focus has enabled our company to prosper and grow.
I am also proud that our company makes the world a better place, with our conservation-based solutions for our clients.
Hobbies: Spending time with family, friends, cooking & gardening.

I really enjoy working in the water conservation department. I love puzzles, & water loss is a large scale puzzle with many aspects while every property is different, which keeps things interesting.
Hobbies: I enjoy mountain biking, fast cars, camping & a sunny beach!

I have been with Argen since 2014. I am responsible for the setting up of new properties, billing, reporting & keeping the billing department on schedule.
There are many things that I enjoy about working at Argen, teamwork being my favorite. We have an amazing team & we are like family. We are always willing to come together to better each other & Argen.

I have been with the company since 2016. One of the greatest things I love most about Argen is how well they take care of their employees. They are family oriented & truly wants the best for us.
It is refreshing to have a company look out for their employees like they do. I look forward to coming into work every day surrounded by an amazing team. The comradery we share makes our work environment one of the best places to be.
Hobbies: I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping, exercising, & cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. I am a huge football fan.

I do audits of rent rolls & get the properties ready to bill. I also enter water bills into spreadsheets & verify rates to make sure we are billing correctly. After the property is billed, I send a problem meter report if needed & do a performance report for that property.
I’ve been at Argen since 2005, & I can honestly say it is the best job I’ve ever had. The Blankenship’s are amazing people who treat us all as family. The employees all work well together & we support each other both at work & outside of the job.
Hobbies: I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughters & my grandchildren. I enjoy traveling when I get a chance especially when the beach calls my name. I have three Munchkin cats with big personalities.

I monitor water consumption, cost & assist with projects for reduction. We set goals & thresholds, uncover issues for resolution quickly to stay ahead of provider bills. Our goal is to keep our clients informed & assist on keeping their excess cost to a minimum.

We’re thrilled to welcome Allan to the Argen Team as our new Field Service Technician! Raised in the plumbing industry and a proud Marine Corps veteran with eight years of service, Allan returned to his roots in plumbing after completing his military career. He brings a strong work ethic and valuable hands-on experience to the role. Allan is currently working toward obtaining his plumbing license and is excited to grow with the Argen Team. His hobbies include hunting and fishing.
